Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox studied flute, piano as well as harpsichord at Royal Academy of Music London for three years in the 1970s. Lennox lived on a student allowance and took on part-time employment to augment her funds. Lennox decided to change her path in life after she became dissatisfied by her lack of skill in contrast to the other Royal Academy students. Lennox was a flute player with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. But she quit prior to her group being asked to participate in I.T.V.'s talent show New Faces. She was the singer in The Tourists a British pop band between 1977 and 1980. In this band, she met Dave Stewart who would later create Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began working on her first solo album Diva which was released in the year 1992. The album was a massive achievement, both in terms of the sales as well as critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennox's 6th solo album was released in the month of November. The C.D. Lennox has picked her most favored jazz, blues and soul tunes. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera an album comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. First album of hers"Now I'm Letting You Go... is an accompaniment to her installation of work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Later, Lennox joined the band with fellow artist Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox launched her own solo career when she released her debut album Diva in the year 1992. This was the source of many hits songs such as Why andWalking on Broken Glass. Medusa the studio album, which was that was released in 1995 features the versions of a few of her most popular songs including No MoreI Always Love Yous (and A Whiter Shade of Pale). The singer is acknowledged with six studio albums solo and a compilation.
